Do Not Solicit List
You can now sign up to be on our DO NOT SOLICIT list. If you are a property owner/resident in LANSDALE BOROUGH, you may now register your address for the DO NOT SOLICIT list. Complete the form below and we will add you to the DO NOT SOLICIT list. This list will be given to solicitors when they apply for a permit. The list will only show an address, no other information. Solicitors are prohibited from knocking on doors of addresses which are on the list. Residents should call 911 for immediate problems with solicitors so that an officer may respond right away. Please be aware that soliciting restrictions under this ordinance do not apply to Government Agencies, Religious Groups, Registered Non-Profit Organizations, or Political Candidates. Residents are reminded their address (house number) must be posted or plainly visible for enforcement of this restriction.
The above listed email address is not continually monitored. If you wish to report violators, suspicious persons, vehicles, or have another emergency where Police response is needed call 9-1-1 to have an officer dispatched. This list is only for Lansdale Borough Residents.

The Lansdale Borough Ordinance is: 159-5 The owner or lawful occupant of any premises within the Borough not desiring to have persons enter onto his/her premises may post on such premises a legible sign stating either “No Solicitors” or “No Solicitation.” Any door-to-door solicitor or canvasser who shall enter upon the premises in defiance of such sign shall be in violation of this section and shall be liable for the penalty provided for in Section 159-7.
