September 6, 2022

On Saturday, September 3, 2022, at approximately 3:40 AM, Officers of the Lansdale Borough Police Department responded to the 600 block of West Main Street, in Lansdale Borough, for a report of a hold-up alarm. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a store employee and determined two males wearing face masks entered the store. One of the males was carrying a sledgehammer which he used to break into the gambling machines and steal the cash from inside. Both men then fled the scene.

No injuries were reported. The Lansdale Police Detective Division is actively investigating this case.
