Pepper Coker and her mother Heather stopped by the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department today to show their appreciation and support for their local police.  Pepper and Heather are members of the Lower Pottsgrove Community.  The pair expressed appreciation for everything that our officers do for the citizens in our community.  Heather said providing the donation to the Lower Pottsgrove Police was all Pepper’s idea.  Pepper saved up her allowance and with the help of her parents gave the donation to the police department along with a letter written by Pepper.  In her letter Pepper says she is “writing this letter because I appreciate everything that you do for people”.  She also says she thinks “your job is extremely important and makes a huge impact on everybody”.  She finishes the letter by asking the Officers of the Lower Pottsgrove Police department to “stay safe and healthy”.

Pepper, it is community members like you and your family that make us proud to serve our community.  What a touching tribute to our department! Thank you, from the officers and staff of the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department.  The cash will be used to purchase unfunded equipment and uniform purchases, or to supplement budgeted funding.
