The Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department is committed to providing the citizens within our diverse community a safe, secure and respectable environment.  Through community partnerships we endeavor to provide the highest quality of life for the members of our community, reducing and deterring crime, aggressively prosecuting criminals, maintaining positive community relations, and addressing quality of life issues without prejudice or discrimination.

All members of the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department are committed to serve with professionalism, respect and concern for the community.  In order to effectively serve the public, the Department balances prompt response to public emergencies with problem solving and community oriented policing. 

The philosophy of the Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department reflects, modern police concepts and technology in carrying out its mission.  We work diligently, forming networks and partnerships, with all Federal, State and other Local agencies in addressing the needs of the community.  Quality, professional leadership shall be an indication of the department’s dedication to a strong work ethic, while promoting diversity, encouraging education and being flexible.  Through such leadership, we strive to instill confidence and pride in each of our employees.  Thereby, instilling trust in those we serve.
