On August 26, 2018 at approximately 0540 hours, Officers were dispatched to a single vehicle accident at the intersection of Buchert Road and N. Keim Street. The vehicle was on its roof and the occupant was trapped inside. There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and the occupant was being uncooperative and threatening first responders. A search pursuant to arrest resulted in finding marijuana.
