9/1/2021: a public intoxication occurred at 10:37 PM on Valley Rd. (2300 block).  After being rescued from flood waters by the fire department, Leo Markowitz, 68, of Philadelphia was arrested for public drunkenness.

9/3/2021: fraud was reported at 4:26 PM on Terwood Dr. (2200 block).  Receipt of fraudulent checks.

9/3/2021: a vehicle accident was reported at 4:46 PM on County Line Rd. @ Huntingdon Pk.  Three vehicles, two injuries.

9/6/2021: a DUI occurred at 12:32 AM on Moreland Rd. @ Huntingdon Pk.  Ricky McCode, 36, of Philadelphia was arrested for DUI and driving without headlights.

9/9/2021: trespassing occurred at 11:21 PM on Welsh Rd. (700 block).  Mark Hezel, 52, of Holland, PA was arrested for defiant criminal trespass and criminal trespass of an occupied structure.

9/10/2021: criminal mischief occurred at 9:19 AM on Red Lion Rd. (500 block).  A juvenile male was cited for criminal mischief.

9/10/2021: a disturbance occurred at 10:59 AM on Pine Rd. @ Brae Bourn Rd.  Domestic disturbance, verbal only.

9/11/2021: a drug violation occurred at 8:24 PM on Philmont Ave. (2800 block).  David Flores, 19, of Philadelphia was arrested for drug possession and driving without a license.

9/12/2021: a vehicle accident was reported at 11:11 AM on Valley Rd. @ Welsh Rd.  Two vehicles, no injuries. Both vehicles required towing.

9/12/2021: a theft was reported at 11:59 AM on Dale Rd. (2300 block).  Theft of a catalytic converter.

9/13/2021: an assault occurred at 8:08 AM on Philmont Ave. (2500 block).  A man was assaulted following a vehicle accident. Investigation ongoing.

9/13/2021: a vehicle accident was reported at 8:39 AM on Welsh Rd. @ Terwood Dr.  Three vehicles, one injury. All vehicles required towing.

9/14/2021: a warrant arrest occurred at 10:01 AM on Wynkoop Ave. @ Huntingdon Pk.  Following a traffic stop Paul Kretschman, 59, of Lower Moreland was arrested on an outstanding warrant and subsequently turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

9/14/2021: fraud was reported at 12:05 PM on Hillside Dr. (3400 block).  Identify theft. Case closed at request of victim.

9/14/2021: a theft was reported at 2:19 PM on Glendale Rd. (3900 block) Overnight theft of a bicycle from front porch.

9/15/2021: a drug violation occurred at 2:24 AM on Philmont Ave. (2900 block).  Mitchell Schneider, 27, of Trevose was arrested for drug possession and receiving stolen property. Sydnie Yeager, 23, of Perkasie was arrested for drug possession.

9/15/2021: a vehicle accident was reported at 7:55 AM on Red Lion Rd. @ Philmont Ave.  Two vehicles, no injuries. Both vehicles required towing.

9/15/2021: a theft was reported at 10:23 AM on Lieberman Dr. (2000 block).  Theft of a wallet.

9/17/2021: fraud was reported at 3:05 PM on Warfield Dr. (3900 block).  Identify theft.

9/18/2021: a DUI occurred at 1:05 AM on Byberry Rd. @ Philmont Ave.  Randy Jaquez, 18 of Philadelphia was arrested for DUI, drug possession and careless driving. Additionally, a juvenile female was cited for drug possession.

9/18/2021: disorderly conduct occurred at 1:16 AM on Cathedral Rd. (900 block).  Saayid Robinson-Staton, 27, of Philadelphia was cited for disorderly conduct and driving without insurance.

9/18/2021: public intoxication occurred at 6:24 AM on Murray Ave. (2500 block).  A juvenile male was found sleeping in a parking lot and intoxicated. Charges pending.

9/18/2021: fraud was reported at 3:31 PM on Carson Terrace.  Unemployment fraud.

9/18/2021: fraud was reported at 5:20 PM on Valley View Dr. (2500 block).  Unemployment fraud.

9/20/2021: a drug violation occurred at 11:18 AM on Red Lion Rd. (500 block).  Two juveniles found vaping in bathroom. Handled by school.

9/25/2021: a DUI occurred at 2:29 AM on Byberry Rd. @ Heaton Rd.  Lawrence Carsillo, 34, of Bensalem was arrested for DUI.

9/25/2021: a drug violation occurred at 3:20 AM on Murray Ave. (2300 block).  Three juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct. One juvenile was cited for alcohol possession.

9/25/2021: ordinance violation occurred at 10:12 AM on Williamsburg Rd. (2000 block).  Warning issued for soliciting without a permit.

9/26/2021: a DUI occurred at 1:23 AM on Overhill Ave. @ County Line Rd.  Abdukakhkhor Abdukhamedov, 43, of Warminster was arrested for DUI.

9/26/2021: a burglary was reported at 2:45 PM on Welsh Rd. (1400 block).  Daytime forced-entry burglary.

9/30/2021: a DUI occurred at 8:01 AM on Philmont Ave. (3500 block).  Mark Steen, 30, of Levittown was arrested for DUI and drug possession following a one-vehicle accident.
