We are committed to those we serve. To fulfill our duty we endure sleepless nights, the elements during storms and of course holidays apart from family and friends. We willingly place ourselves in danger for those we serve. This is the price of the oath that we swear.

ETHICS- DO THE RIGHT THING

We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty and ethical conduct. We will consistently do what is right, legally and morally. We will communicate with honesty and candor. We will earn the trust of the community and each other. In the absence of orders or directions, we will act professionally and with integrity. We will conduct ourselves in a manner that merits respect, demonstrating honest and ethical behavior at all times – both on and off duty.

We understand that our legitimacy as police officers comes from earning and maintaining the public’s trust.
