February TRAFFIC SAFETY TIP OF THE MONTH

Pennsylvania Vehicle Code 3361: Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed

Did you know you can operate your vehicle at an unsafe speed even if you are driving at the posted speed limit? 

During inclement weather, the wet road surface will decrease stopping ability as well as your traction during turns.  

It is the operator's responsibility to maintain a safe speed at all times, especially when the road surface is wet or cold.
