Subject rented a U-Haul van on 09/08/2023 and per contract, it was to be returned the same day. The manager made several unsuccessful attempts to contact TURNER and Turner had cancelled the credit card he used to rent the van so no additional charges could be added to the account. On 10/02/2023 officer did locate the van in front of Turner's residence but were unable to contact Turner. The loss to the company was set at $1,567.02
