Subject was driving at a high rate of speed and was then involved in a motor vehicle accident which caused the vehicle to roll on its side. There was also a young child in the vehicle and the driver had no valid driver license. Driver was administered 3 field sobriety tests which he failed. He was then taken to the police station where he refused blood alcohol testing.
