The pictured dog was located in the area of Lincoln and Grant Avenues, Willow Grove at approximately 2300 hours on 9/20/25 with no identifying items other than a blue cone around its neck.  It is currently located at the Hatboro Police Department kennel awaiting transport by Upper Moreland Police to the SPCA in Conshohocken.  Please call either Upper Moreland or Hatboro Police (215-675-2832) if you recognize the dog.  Thank you.
