UPDATE 9/30/22 AT 9:30AM: Yosip Petrogorsh has been located and is receiving treatment at the hospital. UMPD is extremely grateful for the help of the many local police departments who aided us in this investigation, as well as the many community members who shared our posts and spent time looking for Mr. Petrogorsh. 
 

UPDATE 9/29/22 AT 8:55AM: Yosip Petrogorsh remains missing at this time and the investigation is on going. UMPD asks that anyone with a camera security system or trail cam anywhere in the area of 3200 Masons Mill Road check their footage for signs of Yosip. If you have any additional information, please call UMPD at 215-657-4700.

Yosip Petrogorsh, 90, walked away from the area of 3200 Masons Mill Road. Yosip does not speak English, just came to the area yesterday and suffers from dementia. He was last seen around 1pm on Wednesday wearing jeans and a blue zip up sweater. He is a thin white male with grey hair. Please call 911 if you’ve seen Yosip.
