Hatboro Officer Ryan Allen will be honored with a procession to bring him home to hospice from Moss Rehab in Elkins Park on Thursday March 17. Please be advised that the procession will be passing through Upper Moreland around 11:30am. The route will lead into Upper Moreland via Old York Road and continue north on York Road (263) into Hatboro. Intersections will be temporarily closed to allow the procession to pass safely. Please consider an alternate route if necessary. UMPD asks that the great residents of Upper Moreland continue to keep the Allen Family and the Hatboro Police Department in their thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
