***Potential Traffic Issues for July 8th 2025***
On Tuesday July 8th, 2025 from about 1030 AM thru 1100 AM, residents are being advised of a large motorcade that will be passing through parts of Upper Merion Township. The Wall That Heals, a mobile exhibit that features a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C will be part of a procession starting at the Valley Forge Park at about 1030 AM. The procession will have several viewing stops along the way. They will be located at the Valley Forge Casino, the Upper Merion Middle School and the Upper Merion Township Building.
Residents should expect to see UMPD officers, police vehicles and numerous motorcycles escorting this tribute through town tomorrow. Traffic may be slow in the vicinity of this procession.
