Mission Statement

The mission of the Lower Gwynedd Township Police Department is to enhance the quality of life through the protection of life and property, resolution of conflicts, and by providing a feeling of safety and security within the community.

Through a partnership with the community, the Police Department endeavors to reduce the opportunity of crime, preserve the peace, and promote a safe environment through prevention strategies, problem solving, and the identification, apprehension and prosecution of offenders.
