On Friday February 7, 2025 Horsham Police officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a bank within Horsham Township. Officers quickly arrived on scene, located the involved parties, and investigated the matter. Officers arrested David Costantini for assaulting another man on scene. Along with the threats and injury he caused, Costantini was also found to be a convicted felon illegally in possession of a firearm, in possession of suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, unlabeled prescription meds, and a fraudulent or stolen check. Costantini was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility for arraignment and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
