UPPD Hiring Police Officer
Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA is accepting resumes for the position of full-time Police Officer. Basic requirements include, but are not limited to: United States citizenship, minimum age of twenty-one years; possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Act 120 Certification not required to apply. Resumes must be received by the Upper Providence Township Police Department no later than Friday, May 21, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Resumes are to be mailed to Upper Providence Township Police Department 1286 Black Rock Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460. A $25.00 administrative fee must be paid upon submission of the resume with the check made payable to Upper Providence Township. All resumes must include a valid email address and cell or home telephone number. Applicants will submit to a written test later in May on a date to be announced. Additional testing (physical agility and oral interviews) will occur on later dates for finalists. Applicants will be notified of the testing location and test date soon after receipt of the resume submission.
