On Wednesday, August 4, 2021, Officer George Pelletier and Sergeant Daniel Mulligan responded to a reported cardiac arrest in the Township.  Officer Pelletier  arrived on scene first within two minutes of being dispatched.  Upholding the highest tradition of service to others, Officer Pelletier performed life saving measures that included using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and administering CPR.  Sergeant Daniel Mulligan arrived shortly thereafter and together they continued to provide lifesaving care and revived the victim from a fatal event.  Both Sergeant Daniel Mulligan and Officer George Pelletier were presented with Life Saving Awards for their determination to never fail the mission for those we serve.
