UPDATE:  Elderly male has been located.

On October 08, 2022, at approximately 3:15 pm, the Upper Providence Police Department received a missing person complaint at the Parkhouse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located at 1600 Black Rock Road Phoenixville, PA 19460. When police personnel arrived, it was learned that 71 year old resident, John Zimmerman was determined to be missing from the facility since approximately 11:45 am, when he was scheduled to be served his daily lunch. Zimmerman suffers from several health problems and does not have access to a vehicle. He is originally from the Lancaster, PA area.  Zimmerman was last seen wearing a light blue colored plaid shirt and a brown colored Irish tweed style cap.
