Today Sgt. Solorio and Ofc. Parkins had the awesome pleasure to stop by Eli's home and wish him the happiest 15th birthday!!!  Eli is a big supporter of the police department and all of us here at Upper Providence Township want to wish Eli a big happy birthday!!!  We hope you had a fantastic day!!!
