The Upper Providence Township Police Department is investigating a theft of a 2016 white, enclosed trailer, bearing Pennsylvania registration XJM-2738.  The trailer has decals on both sides that say “Merman Construction.” The trailer was filled with siding material and parts for local job sites.  The trailer was stolen from a residential neighborhood in the Phoenixville section of Upper Providence Township on Sunday April 12th, 2020 at around 4:00 P.M.  Nearby video surveillance captured the suspect’s vehicle traveling eastbound on Egypt Road with the stolen trailer.  The vehicle appears to be an early 2000’s model black Dodge Dakota with window decals on the rear window.
