On May 17, 2020 at approximately 1:30 pm, a resident who resides on the 100 block of Persimmon Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426 filed a complaint relating to property damage. It was reported that a projectile struck the exterior siding of the residence. The Incident has been under investigation by the Department's Criminal Investigation Division, who are at this time requesting assistance from any member of the public who may have pertinent information to share concerning the matter.  The resident provided additional information to officers of having heard what  he/she believed to be a gunshot earlier that morning, (at approximately 2:00 am).  The Upper Providence Police Department would like for anyone with information relating to this matter, to respond to this posting or call the Police Department at (610)933-7899.
