Shooting Suspect Enters Guilty Plea (State Prison Sentence)
On April 8,, 2021 Alicia Ross entered a plea of guilty with reference to the following counts (Aggravated Assault F1 and Persons not to Possess a Firearm F2 ) and the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas accepted the guilty plea. This is in reference to the March 27, 2020 shooting that occurred on the 200 block of N. Bethlehem Pike Ambler Borough, PA.
Ross was sentenced to 6-12 years for the charge of Aggravated Assault, and 5-10 years for Persons not to Possess. The charges will run concurrent to each other. Ross will be serving that sentence at State Prison within the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
