On November 8, 2020 at approximately 2038 hours, Officers of the Ambler Borough Police Department stopped a vehicle in regards to a reckless driver complaint. The operator of the vehicle was identified as, Pedro Moahet-Martinez. Martinez was taken into custody for DUI and related charges. He was processed on those charges and issued a preliminary hearing for Friday December 11, 2020 at 10:00 hours in front of District Justice Patricia Zaffarano.

Pedro Moahet-Martinez was released into the custody of ICE.
