On December 21, 2020, at approximately 1605 hours, Upper Gwynedd Police received a report of a female armed with a gun on Browning Ct., in Upper Gwynedd Township. It was reported that the female had fired a round from the gun through the window of a vehicle on location and had fled the scene. Upon arrival, Detective Sergeant John Brinkmann made contact with a male victim. The victim told officers that the female actor was a friend of his named Cieria Parsons, also known as Cieria Wynder. He advised that he and Wynder had a disagreement on social media over the posts of a mutual friend. Shortly after the disagreement, Wynder was at the front door of his residence asking to speak with him. He went out to meet with Wynder, and the two argued. During the argument, Wynder tried to grab his arm and hit him in the face. After he pushed Wynder away, she went to her vehicle and retrieved a gun from her purse. He said she then "cocked the top back and proceeded to walk back up the driveway shouting and waving the gun in my direction until she was back in front of me gun pointed and inches from chest and face." Wynder then told the victim that she wasn't one to f@$! with, and then threatened to "shoot him up." The victim walked back into his house and within two minutes he and another resident inside the home heard tires screech outside. At this time, the other resident in the home said she looked out the front door and saw Wynder standing at the back of a Hyundai Sante Fe that was parked in their driveway. She then saw Wynder's arms move "with a quick motion" and then heard a loud popping sound. He then observed Wynder walking back to her vehicle carrying a metal or silver object resembling a baseball bat, over her shoulder. Wynder fled the scene in her vehicle, and the victim observed that the passenger side rear window of the Sante Fe had been smashed out.
Wynder is being charged with Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another, Simple Assault-Attempt to Menace, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Criminal Mischief-Damage Property, Harassment-Comm. Lewd, Threatening, Etc. Language and Harassment/Strike, Shove, Kick, Etc. She was released on bail until her preliminary hearing which will be held before Judge Leonard on January 14, 2021 at 12:30 PM.
