Upper Gwynedd Police have arrested the man accused of shooting two people while driving on Sumneytown Pike in April. Damian Thomas was taken into custody early this morning by the US Marshalls and Upper Gwynedd Police Detectives after it was discovered that he had been staying at a house in Philadelphia. Thomas is charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Thomas was arraigned in front of Judge Albert Augustine who set his bail at $99,000. Thomas will remain Montgomery County Correctional Facility while he awaits his preliminary hearing.
