On Thursday, August 9, 2018, the Plymouth Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Jason Webster Trinley of Linfield, PA for Retail Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property. Trinley is responsible for the theft of a water heater at Lowe’s, which is located at 2002 Chemical Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 on Friday, July 27, 2018.
On Thursday, August 9, 2018, Trinley turned himself into the Plymouth Township Police Department when he learned of the active warrant for his arrest.
On Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 2135 hours, Trinley was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Albert Augustine. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1000 hours. Bail was set at $1,000.00 unsecured.
