On Wednesday, February 28, 2018, Magisterial District Judge, Francis J. Bernhardt III, issued an arrest warrant for William D. Kusznir charging him with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
On Tuesday, February 20, 2018, Smith was arrested in Philadelphia on unrelated charges and was taken to the Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility.
On Tuesday, March 6, 2018, a member of the Plymouth Township Police Department responded to the Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility. Kusznir was placed under arrest and was transported back to the Plymouth Township Police Department.
Kusznir was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard Welsh. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, March 19, 2018 at 10:00AM. Bail was set at $15,000.00 cash.
On Tuesday, March 6, 2018, Kusznir was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, as he was unable to post bail at that time.
Kusznir is also wanted by the Upper Southampton Township Police Department.
