Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at 2120 Buchert Road, Rolling Hills #98. When stopped, the subject misidentified himself as someone else and did not give his correct name.
Subject made a contract to install a sump pump and received a deposit of $222.79. Subject kept delaying the install for various reasons. Attempts to contact the subject were unsuccessful. Charges were filed against this subject and then a Bench Warrant was issued.
