One lane open EB at Porter Rd. Slow moving traffic. Anticipate delays and highway impact for next several hours

Avoid 422 between Armand Hammer Boulevard and the Sanatoga interchange. Accident involving truck causing major delays

2012 Toyota Tacoma owned and driven by Robert Francis Braun, Jr., struck a retaining wall at 768 N. Pleasant view Red., and rolled on to side in middle of N. Pleasantview Red. Braun, Jr, was the sole occupant in the vehicle. Sanatoga Fire Company and Fire Police from Sanatoga and Ringing Hills Fire Company on location along with Goodwill Rescue. Braun, Jr, had to be extricated from vehicle and Goodwill Ambulance transported Braun,Jr, to Reading Hospital. N. Pleasantview Rd, was shut down for approximately 1 hour until roadway cleared. Vehicle towed by Saratoga Auto Body.

Township Emergency responders report gas leak has been secured at Sanatoga Center. Crews will now work to restore utilities to the facility

Township emergency responders and PECO have been on the scene of a natural gas leak in the vicinity of Sanatoga Center on Evergreen Rd since mid morning. At this time Township Emergency Management officials are monitoring the situation. If additional emergency actions are required you will be notified. In meantime avoid the area and close windows.

This morning the Lower Pottsgrove Police Department conducted a VIP student escort from the Woodgate development to the Ringing Rocks Elementary School. Anyone who witnessed the police activity should not be concerned this was not an emergency.

A Lower Pottsgrove Twp Police officer was involved a collision at Armand Hammer Blvd and 422. Officer and other driver sustained minor injuries. Roadway closed at this time

Rupert Rd will be paved on Wednesday 7/17/2019. A detour will be in place during the duration of the project. Our Public Works crew is hoping to be done by 4 PM.

On Tuesday, July 16th, starting @ 7:30 ending @ 10:30 Sunnyside Ave will be closed between Stuart Dr and Kepler Rd for road milling.

N. Sanatoga Road, Sunnybrook Rd, N. Adams Street and Porter Road have all been re-opened since the flooding overnight.  N. Adams Street remains under partial closure at Centennial Court until repairs are completed next week.
