On August 24, 2015, victim reported that 3 months prior he had allowed the subject and her boyfriend to stay at his home. On August 16, 2015 he discovered items missing from his home and asked the suspect and boyfriend to leave the home. The missing items totaled $4,890.00. Subjects had a key to the home and there was no forced entry made into the home. Thereby making the two subjects primary suspects. A check was made at Cash Converters. Detective was provided a list of items sold to the store by this subject. Some items were already sold or unrecoverable, but other items were identified by the victim as belonging to him and were held. The detective them went to several other Cash Converter type stores with the same request and again more items were found to have been stolen from the victim. In a written statement, the subject admitted to conspiring with her boyfriend to take and sell the items from the victim's home.
