On 8/30/2022 at 0306 hours, Officers were on patrol in the area of the Valley Sunoco, when they observed a white Nissan Altima parked on the East side of the business adjacent to Pine Rd. The vehicle’s windows were down and the passenger front seat was reclined. Through investigative means, Officers learned that the vehicle displayed a Pennsylvania registration which came back opened on a Honda, not a Nissan.
Officers approached the vehicle and observed a male sleeping in the passenger side front seat. The male was identified as Matthew Spause. The vehicle had a flat rear passenger side tire and was propped up on a lift.
Upon further investigation, Spause was found to be in possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a weapon. Spause was taken into custody for the above charges.
