On Friday, August 12, 2022 at 1254 hours Officers responded to call of a reckless driver on Byberry Road. The caller reported they were following a gray Nissan Altima and that the vehicle had driven off the road several times. The vehicle pulled into the parking lot of the former Oh! Bryon's restaurant.
Upon arrival, Officers approached the Nissan and identified the driver as Dora Ross. Upon further investigation, Officers determined Ross to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree rendering her unfit to safely operate a motor vehicle. Ross was taken into custody.
CRIMINAL CHARGES, AND ANY DISCUSSION THEREFORE, ARE MERELY ALLEGATIONS AND ALL DEFENDENTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY.
