On September 24, 2022, Officers were on patrol in the area of Pine Road and Byberry Road when they observed a gold Mercury Grand Marquis traveling west bound on Byberry Road from Pine Road. The vehicle was observed weaving in its lane of travel. The vehicle crossed the white marked fog line in the area of Byberry Road and Glen Way then corrected itself and continued westbound. The vehicle was observed reaching a speed of 60 miles per hour in a posted 40 miles per hour speed zone.
After observing several motor vehicle code violations and officers initiated a traffic stop. The operator and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Anthony Dill. Further investigation revealed that Dill was driving with fraudulent inspection stickers on his vehicle and he was driving intoxicated. Dill was arrested.
