On 10/15/2022 at 1100 hours, Officers were on patrol in the area of Philmont Avenue when they observed a silver Toyota Corolla Matrix bearing yellow Pa inspection stickers. The inspection stickers appeared counterfeit and were falling off of the windshield. A traffic stop was initiated.
Officers identified the driver as Timothy Alicea Jr. Further investigation revealed Alicea was intoxicated and in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Officers believed Timothy Alicea was under the influence of a controlled substance(s) to a degree which made him incapable of safe driving. Alicea was placed under arrest.
