Unionville Pike has now been cleared and reopened.

Unionville Pike is closed eastbound from North Penn Rd to Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) until further notice due to a large oil spill with police and fire officers on scene. Plan alternate route. North Penn Rd to Sterling Dr, to 309.

There is severe roadway flooding throughout Hatfield Township and Hatfield Borough, including in the areas of Bethlehem Pike, Walnut Street, and Lenhart Road.  The following roadways are currently closed in Hatfield Borough: East Broad Street between Main Street and Market Street, East Lincoln Avenue between Main Street and Market Street, and Towamencin Avenue from Edgewood Drive to South Wayne Avenue.  

Do not drive around any barricades.  Please drive with caution and avoid any flooded areas.

Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad has informed us the milling and paving work on the Schwab Road rail road crossing is complete.  This afternoon they will begin milling and paving work on the Township Line Road rail road crossing. Please use caution in this active work zone.

Pennsylvania Northeastern Railroad has informed us they will be performing milling and paving work at the Schwab Road Rail Road Crossing.  They will be shutting down one lane of traffic and will have personnel directing traffic beginning at 8:00 AM. Please use caution in this active work zone.

Walnut St. has been reopened to vehicular traffic.

Cowpath Rd is now open. Walnut St remains closed at this time.

Cowpatj Rd at Pine St and the 3000 block of E. Walnut St are both temporarily closed due to heavy flooding. Pleas plan other routes until further notice.
