On October 15, 2019 at approximately 12:31 AM, Hatfield Township Police Officers responded to the 400 block of Koffel Road for a report of an attempted residential burglary in progress. The homeowners reported that they heard a window break and that their home surveillance cameras showed a male suspect on their front porch. Investigation lead to the suspect being identified as Jaeed Wills. An arrest warrant was issued for Wills, charging him with Attempted Burglary, Attempted Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief, Loitering and Prowling at Night Time, and Simple Trespass.
On October 18, 2019, Wills arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine who his set bail at $30,000 unsecured with a scheduled preliminary hearing date of October 30, 2019 at 9:30 AM.
