On January 13, 2020, Fidel King was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine on an arrest warrant charging theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine set Fidel King's bail at $1,000 unsecured and scheduled a preliminary hearing for January 28, 2020 at 10:45 AM at District Court 38-1-28.
On January 16, 2018, Hatfield Township Police Department investigated a theft from a business in the 2500 block of Bergey Road, Hatfield Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. During the investigation it was discovered that Fidel King, who was employed by the business, removed $290 cash from a file folder and concealed the cash in his jacket pocket.
